Handcrafted between ancient mountains and the open sea, these bitters are made from locally foraged plants that reflect the wild flavors of Gaspésie in autumn, when the landscape glows with yellows, burnt oranges, and deep reds.
Rooted in traditional herbal craft, each botanical is macerated slowly and separately to draw out its unique character. Once the flavors have fully developed, a gentle steam distillation in our copper alembic captures the final aromatic oils, bringing depth and brightness to the blend.
Crafted without oranges, Northern Orange Bitters feature prickly ash pepper, Quebec’s northernmost relative of the citrus family, delicately balanced with sumac, rosehips, and wild caraway. The result is a vivid, zesty bitterness that lingers on the palate like the last leaf of autumn.

Ancré à Gaspé / Gespeg, au bord de ce qu’on appelle « la fin des terres », Cueilli est une herboristerie sauvage qui rassemble les saveurs, les histoires et les médecines de la côte. Chaque préparation, amers, élixirs et infusions, est façonnée à partir de plantes cueillies avec soin, pour nous ramener vers ce qui pousse tout près de nous.
